Concept

Wale.ai is a platform for analyzing the venture market and startups: portfolios, watchlists, and comparison lists built around large volumes of investment data and interactive visualizations. My job was to build — on a tight timeline — a client side that could render heavy datasets fast and take it to the MVP launch.

Engineering

Optimized rendering and state management (React, TypeScript, Zustand) to handle ~20,000 records per request without performance drops.
Integrated Supabase (PostgreSQL, REST API) for data storage and real-time processing.
Built portfolios, watchlists, and startup comparison lists with interactive Chart.js visualizations.
Assembled a responsive interface on Chakra UI and took the client side to MVP launch in 3 months.
